InfOR-études : our Studies Info desk

Are you currently studying abroad, at a secondary school, university, higher education college or other higher education institution? The advisers at InfOR-études can answer any question you might have about studies, student life, ULB services, the University’s study programmes, job prospects in each field, etc., at any time, all year long.

You need

  • help with choosing or changing your course of study,
  • more information about the teaching available at ULB, or the programmes of study,
  • to find out about career opportunities,
  • fuller information on entry requirements and what course transfers are possible,
  • information on life at ULB in general (services, accommodation, sports, libraries, etc.)
For any of these matters, and much more, our trained professional information and guidance advisors are here to help you.

Virtual information session for pupils and students outside the European Union

InfOR-études also organises remote information activities about studying in Belgium and particularly at ULB, according to your situation.
At the end of January each year, we invite you to attend an interactive presentation about higher education courses in Belgium, remotely from your home.

This virtual information session will give you:

  • information about the degree programmes offered and the various courses available
  • an overview of the support available to foreign students (housing, support for success…)
  • a more accurate picture of student life
  • a chance to discover some specific features of ULB

Structure of the session:

  • The hour-long presentation will be given by information and guidance counsellors, and will be followed by an oral Q&A session of 15 to 30 minutes.
  • During the presentation, your microphones will be turned off but you will have an opportunity to put your questions in writing and receive answers in real time.

♦♦ As all our Bachelor courses are taught in French, this online information session will be held in French. However, we will also answer your questions in English in the chatbox or by email at infor-etudes@ulb.be ♦♦

For whom?

This session is intended exclusively for non-EU pupils and students, mainly pupils in the last cycle of secondary education (future holders of a secondary education diploma). If this does not apply to you, we invite you to learn about our other activities.

When and how?

This virtual information session will take place in January 2025 (GMT +1). This activity will take place over Zoom and prior registration is required via the following link: Information session registration.
